Security Logs 90 days

After these periods, data is either deleted or anonymized. Legal holds may extend retention periods.

9. Children's Privacy

AccessPass is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17. We implement age verification during account registration to prevent underage use.

If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 17:

  • We will immediately delete the account and all associated data
  • We will notify the account email of the deletion
  • We will retain only minimal records as required by law

10. Apple App Store Specific Provisions

10.1 iOS App Privacy

Our iOS application's privacy practices align with Apple's App Store requirements:

  • We request permissions before accessing device features (camera, photos)
  • Location data is limited to general geographic regions via IP addresses
  • We do not access contacts, calendar, or other sensitive iOS features
  • Push notifications require explicit user consent

10.2 Apple Privacy Nutrition Labels

Our app's App Store listing includes accurate privacy nutrition labels showing:

  • Data used to track you: None
  • Data linked to you: Identifiers, Purchase History, User Content
  • Data not linked to you: Usage Data, Diagnostics

10.3 In-App Purchases

All in-app purchases are processed through Apple's secure payment system. Apple handles:

  • Payment processing and security
  • Transaction records and receipts
  • Refund requests (subject to Apple's policies)
  • Subscription management

We only receive transaction verification data from Apple, not payment card details.
